Well here we go it’s another winter and the possibility of snow is definite. We have had some doozy snow storms complete with ice and sleet and freezing rain and deep snow drifts. These kinds of storms cause all kinds of chaos in cities that are not used to a lot of snow and that is definitely the case in the Carolinas.
